Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Victor Ortiz was face to face Friday on the evening of their world title fight welterweight, having trained their bodies to the toughest peak.

Ortiz pressed his forehead on his challenger, Mayweather pushed forward. For emphasis, Mayweather's hand grasped at Ortiz's neck, jamming a finger in the jaw of Champions.

The most important fact of the day was that Ortiz, 24, weighed the welterweight limit of 147 pounds, while Mayweather 34 (41-0, 25 KOs) weighed 1461 / 2.

Establish why this confrontation happened, was speculation.

"Mayweather is very nervous, he knows he will be having the toughest fight of his life," coach of Ortiz, Danny Garcia said.
